Shrijana Ghimire, MA

Hello, I’m Shrijana. My journey into mental health began with a strong foundation in both medical and psychological sciences. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and later earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Tribhuvan University. This dual background allows me to understand people not only from a psychological perspective but also from a medical one, giving me a holistic view of care.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and counseling, and I use evidence-based approaches to help you understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and break free from patterns that may be holding you back.
