- What are your fees and session lengths?
- We do not publish session fees on the website. Contact the clinic when you book — we confirm fees and session length (standard or premium) before your first full session.
- Standard vs premium session — which should I choose?
- Choose standard for regular weekly therapy or shorter focused work. Choose premium for deeper exploration, more time, and tailored materials to apply between sessions.
- Do you offer online therapy outside Kathmandu?
- Yes. Secure encrypted video sessions for clients anywhere in Nepal and internationally. You can switch between online and in-person when it suits you.
- Is my information confidential?
- Yes. We follow APA-aligned ethical standards. Information is not shared without your consent except where required by law.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee and free the slot for others.
- Do you offer IFS or parts work therapy?
- Yes. We offer IFS-informed parts work integrated with CBT and DBT skills — in person in Kathmandu and secure online across Nepal and worldwide. See our IFS therapy guide for details.
