Q: What are your fees and session durations?
We offer two types of individual sessions:

  • Standard Session – 50–60 minutes

    • NPR 3,000 with Mr. Damber Bhatta (premium psychologist)

    • NPR 2,000 with Ms. Shrijana Ghimire (psychologist)

  • Premium Session – 75 minutes with post-session handouts

    • NPR 4,500 with Mr. Damber Bhatta
       

Q: How do I choose between a standard and premium session?
Choose a standard session if you prefer regular weekly therapy or shorter, focused work.
Opt for a premium session if you want more in-depth exploration, extended time, and tailored post-session materials to help you apply what you’ve learned between sessions.

 

Q: How can I book an appointment?
You can book online through our secure scheduling link or call/WhatsApp us directly. We’ll confirm your session time and send you details on how to prepare for your first meeting.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the slot to someone on our waiting list.

 

Q: Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. We provide secure, encrypted video sessions for clients anywhere in Nepal or abroad. You can switch between online and in-person anytime.

 

Q: Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. We follow APA ethical standards and Nepal privacy laws. Your information will never be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

Q: What if I need urgent help?
Bhatta Psychotherapy is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, please call the TUTH Helpline at 1166 (free, 24/7 in Nepal) or go to the nearest emergency department.
