Q: How can I book an appointment?
You can book online through our secure scheduling link or call/WhatsApp us directly. We’ll confirm your session time and send you details on how to prepare for your first meeting.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the slot to someone on our waiting list.
Q: Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. We provide secure, encrypted video sessions for clients anywhere in Nepal or abroad. You can switch between online and in-person anytime.
Q: Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. We follow APA ethical standards and Nepal privacy laws. Your information will never be shared without your consent, except where required by law.
