“The atmosphere at Bhatta Psychotherapy is warm and inviting, making it easy to open up about personal struggles. I was initially nervous about seeking therapy, but the staff made me feel comfortable from the start. They listened attentively and provided insightful feedback that helped me understand my feelings better. The sessions have been incredibly beneficial, and I now feel more equipped to handle stress and anxiety. I can't recommend Bhatta enough for anyone seeking mental health support.”
“I've seen significant improvements in my mental health since starting therapy at Bhatta Psychotherapy. The techniques I've learned are practical and effective, allowing me to manage my stress and anxiety more effectively. The therapists are attentive and provide personalized care, ensuring that I feel supported throughout my journey. I'm grateful for the progress I've made and highly recommend Bhatta to anyone looking to improve their mental well-being.”
Setmore“I've been in therapy with Dr. Bhatta for the past one and a half months, focusing on emotional relationship issues, trauma bonding, and anxiety. During this time, I've felt genuinely supported, guided, and listened to in a way that has made a real difference in my day-to-day life. Dr. Bhatta has helped me better understand my emotional patterns and taught me practical tools to manage overwhelming feelings and relationship stress. He's also taken the time to explain how medications work, and what my options are — always in a respectful and informative way, never forceful. What I appreciate most is how safe and seen I feel in our sessions. Therapy can bring up a lot, but Dr. Bhatta holds space with calmness and empathy, making it easier to open up and truly reflect. I'm learning to recognize and break out of old patterns like trauma bonding, and I've already noticed meaningful changes in how I relate to myself and others. I'm very grateful for this journey with Dr. Bhatta, and I would genuinely recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful, compassionate, and empowering support through therapy.”
Setmore“Finally I got diagnosed with ADHD after years. I have been getting treatment of anxiety which never cured my anxiety rather I got worse during last few years. Thanks to Bhatta sir who diagnosed and showed me a path to heal, I know it will take time but I am relieved to know, no more self criticism. Thank you again.”
Setmore“Dammar sir helped me a lot and provided very helpful feedback. I'm looking forward to the next session. If you are facing any kind of mental health challenges, please don't hesitate to seek support from Bhatta Psychotherapy.”

Home and school support matter, but repeated lectures or discipline without change may mean underlying anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma. School refusal, sleep disruption, and withdrawal for weeks are valid reasons to seek help. See our teen page parent guide.
Late sleep, missed homework, and school avoidance are often anxiety, depression, ADHD, or burnout — not laziness. A psychologist can help assess patterns without blaming your teen.
